Refund policy

At Carkit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your item, we are here to help you resolve the issue efficiently under South African consumer guidelines.

Returns You have 7 days from the date you received your item to log a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in its original, undamaged packaging.

Refunds Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that banking processing times vary and it may take a few business days for the credit to reflect in your account.

Exchanges & Damaged Items If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
